International Network for Christian Higher Education

INCHE is a global organization of individuals and institutions, connected with the shared goal of serving Jesus as Lord by fostering the development of Christian higher education worldwide.

Together, we achieve this by sharing information and research, equipping others with training and scholarship, and cultivating enduring relationships through networking and mutual exchange.

History

Celebrating 50 years of worldwide connections across Christian higher education

Bennie Van Der Walt was a participant at the conference in South Africa in 1975 that started the INCHE network. He wrote up some thoughts about the context and impact of that first gathering. The words are Bennie's, narrated by Heather Altena, INCHE Administrative Assistant.

Nicholas Wolterstorff was another participant at the original 1975 Conference. Enjoy this interview with director Shirley Roels as he shares his recollection of what struck him at this international gathering.

Enjoy this visual and musical celebration of 25 years of INCHE service in Latin America. Shared at the consultation in San Jose, Costa Rica on November 15, 2024. See more in the News tab.
